Our goal at Grit is to give people the tools they need for brain-health + emotional resilience. We want our kids' brains to be happy and healthy through the tricky times. Using science-backed resources, we teach kids about the neuro-science of mental agility for a lifetime of emotional intelligence. Using games, crafts, activities we have a ton of fun while building a healthy brain!

​We also talk about real topics like friendships/relational aggression, identity, anxiety + mental health, self-regulation, stress, pressure, gender stereotypes, technology, compassion, empathy, privilege, and what being an authentic human is really all about.
